TMG Automotive finalista do Industrial Excellence Award 2021

Depois de vencer o Industrial Excellence Award Portugal para 2021, a TMG Automotive foi uma das 4 finalistas europeias no Industrial Excellence Award 2021.

Este prémio foi criado em 1995 pelo INSEAD e pela WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management e é hoje o mais prestigiado prémio internacional para a indústria, com foco no crescimento sustentável, inovação estratégica, transição digital e excelência de gestão.

O vencedor da final europeia de 2021 foi a alemã Henkel, sendo os outros finalistas a Nobilia, o Simonelli Group e a TMG Automotive, que se destacou pela sua liderança na #inovação do seu setor e por investir consistentemente mais de 6% das suas receitas e 10% dos seus colaboradores ao desenvolvimento de novos materiais com um desempenho técnico e de sustentabilidade superiores, com um portfólio de produtos único.

Esta é a primeira vez que uma empresa portuguesa é escolhida para este prémio, sendo que na final europeia Isabel Furtado, CEO da TMG Automotive, interveio ativamente.

 


 

TMG Automotive finalist at the Industrial Excellence Award 2021

After being the winner of the Industrial Excellence Award Portugal 2021, TMG Automotive was one of the 4 European finalists of the Industrial Excellence Award 2021.

This award was created in 1995 by INSEAD and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and is nowadays the most prestigious international prize for the industry, focused on sustainable growth, strategic innovation, digital transformation, and management leadership.

The winner of the 2021 European final was Henkel, with the finalists being Nobilia, Simonelli Group, and TMG Automotive, which stood upon for leadership in #innovation and for consistently investing more than 6% of its turnover and allocating 10% of its employees to the development of new materials with higher technical and sustainable performance in a unique product portfolio.

This is the first time a Portuguese company is chosen for this award and in the European final Isabel Furtado, CEO of TMG Automotive took the lead.

 

In this first edition, COTEC has granted 566 status INOVADORA COTEC 2021, having received 1.021 applications, of which 890 were considered eligible.
